Kroll Expands Litigation Support Services with Global eDiscovery Capabilities and Simplified Pricing

Upgrade to SaaS platform RelativityOne and new regional labs offer faster processing, additional flexibility and simplified pricing structure.

New York – Kroll, a division of Duff and Phelps, the global leader in risk mitigation, investigations, compliance, cyber resilience, security and incident response solutions, today announced that it has made significant investments in its global litigation support services. The investments include new regional eDiscovery labs in India, Singapore, Brazil and the United Arab Emirates, the upgrade of several labs to RelativityOne, and new processes to expedite collection, processing and review under a simplified pricing structure.

Kroll leverages its deep understanding of forensic processes, along with the RelativityOne platform, to develop a more streamlined process for collecting and ingesting data. Supporting this is the expansion of its labs and migration to RelativityOne, which makes it easier to collect and process evidence remotely. Using Kroll Artifact Parser and Extractor (KAPE) and other proprietary technology, Kroll’s investigators are able to find and collect large amounts of data with speed and accuracy in a way that saves both time and money for clients.

“We have always been able to collect documents and evidence anywhere in the world, but with our new labs and the upgrade to RelativityOne, we can ingest and store documents locally, and with the new cloud-based eDiscovery platform, our clients can review their documents from anywhere,” said Benedetto Demonte, Managing Director and North America Cyber Risk practice leader at Kroll. “In addition to RelativityOne’s increased flexibility and accessibility, clients and review teams can now move from document to document in under one second, making processes quicker, more seamless and efficient.”

Unique to Kroll’s eDiscovery offering is its simplified pricing structure that allows for a one-time processing cost based on the volume of data, and a straightforward monthly fee based on the number of users and volume of data hosted.
